For domestic postage is EUR0.55, that's why 0.10 and 0.45 face value.
The topic for this commemorative cover is 30 Years of ATM stamp.
The first series ATM was issued in 1981.
And Deutsch post's headquarter located in Bonn (The Post Tower),
so original collector chooses Bonn to have a chop.
