2016 is the 70th anniversary of China Philatelic Association. (香港中國郵學會)
So they designed two types of commemorative envelopes for internal journal posting.
(Membership only, because of I am member, I got one.)
This is type 1.
When I received the cover, I can feel "It's a cover made by philatelic fan".
A cover includes postage label and stamps.
Never forget the PAR AVION sticker.
The face value of the label only HKD$0.1
Yes, they did it deliberately.
