Postage is 16 PLN, the mini sheet worth 4.7PLN.
So the officer affix 0.1 (10GR), 0.2 (20GR) and a non-value stamp.
This non-value stamp worth 11PLN.

The registered mail is computer generated barcode,
but the receipt has the same tracking number written by the officer.

My experience is you must write the sender name in the envelope,
or they will reject your sending request. (You have to write it at receipt too.)
Although I told them it's a gift for myself.
