Malawi Post offered two types of IRC; the 2013 and 2014 UPU 140 Years edition.
And the price are different.
The normal 2013 version is cheaper, 950 Kwacha (MWK). 1.23 Euro.
UPU 140 Years commemorative edition, 1020 MWK. 1.32 Euro.
Obviously, this price is for collectors...
If you want the IRC only for postage purpose, 2013 version is work.
Besides the IRC itself, the package from Malawi Post is cool.
Affixed so many stamps.
If you zoom in the envelope, you can see the stamps were overriding with a new value.
And they didn't care the quality, the overprint position was inconsistent.
I don't know why the envelope be crossed on both sides.
Without high-quality laser printer for invoice.
I love the hand written receipt and invoice made by the copy machine.
I ordered these coupons by cash order. Mailed them the equivalent U.S. dollars by registered mail.
